A foreman employed at MASA. He was supervising the preparations to launch the Mega-Beam along with a scientist from Puma-Dyne. When she departed so she would be safe from the blast of the rockets, the foreman went to make some last minute checks before following her and caught Turmoil’s lieutenant and two Omega Squadron pilots disguised as technicians, having broken in to install components which would bring the Mega-Beam under Turmoil’s control following its launch. The lieutenant attacked the foreman and knocked him out, and she and her companions left him to his apparent death when the rocket launched, however he apparently managed to wake up and get out of the blast radius in time, since he was seen in the control room later.
The MASA foreman appears in the unfinished season two episode Turmoil 2: The Revenge. His survival appears to be a script continuity error, as he is never actually described waking up and managing to get off of the launch pad in time. He simply reappears later without explanation in the control room with the mission controller and Puma-Dyne scientist.

Quite frankly, Mr. Clawson, I'm looking to hire out bodyguards for myself while I'm conducting my business in Megakat City. My assistant insisted on a police escort so I naturally thought of Chance. But since you both are no longer with the Enforces and you have the proper background, I would like to hire you."
"Bodyguards?" Jake repeated. "Do you mind explaining to me, Ms. Furfax, exactly why you would be needing them?"
With a small motion, Tawny had a card in her hand and smoothy handed it to Jake. "Furfax Industries is one of the biggest privately owned technological engineers in the world just short of government owned facilities like Pumadyne. As CEO, that alone makes me a target.
"But my main concern while here is that page three story."
"The trial?" Jake asked.
Chance's face darkened with disapproval.
"I'm not allowed to go into the details, but I am going to be a witness at the trial. The Bombays are a very powerful mafia family, both here and in Purrson Heights. I've already had several attempts on my life, trying to scare me away from testifying. I won't sugar coat it, Mr. Clawson, if you take the job, chances are you will be in danger. I have already lost my previous bodyguards to gunshot injuries. No fatalities as of yet, but-"
"But there's always a first time," Jake responded.

In 1993, Hanna-Barbera released SWAT Kats: The Radical Squadron, an animated action show taking place in the world of Megakat City. It was based on characters created by Christian and Yvon Tremblay. Despite early cancellation in its second season, the series remains popular with an active fanbase. In the United States it can occasionally be found in syndication on the Boomerang Cable Network.
