Below are more details about the unique characters intended to appear in Succubus!

The construction foreman was the foreman in charge of the Skycor Towers construction site. While doing a late night inspection of the building site by himself, he was attacked by Laszlo and another one of Katrina Moorkroft’s servants in their gargoyle forms. Felina Feral saved him. He escaped in his jeep, but the gargoyles pursued him. T-Bone and Felina followed in the Thunder Truck, but were unable to rescue the foreman a second time, as the gargoyles ripped him from the jeep and flew away with him to Moorkroft Manor. Here, he was drained of his lifeforce and killed by Katrina Moorkroft. He was her seventh and final victim.

Geno Furness was a dockworker employed by Megakat Shipyards. While walking to his car one night, he was attacked and carried away by a gargoyle-like beast. Later, Felina Feral and the Enforcer Sergeant found Geno’s drained, dessicated corpse in the Megakat River. He was the sixth citizen in Megakat City to die this way, having been taken to Moorkroft Manor and drained of his lifeforce by the evil succubus Katrina Moorkroft.

Laszlo was one of Katrina Moorkroft’s servants, serving as the butler at Moorkroft Manor.

Like all of Katrina’s servants, Laszlo was capable of transforming into a hideous gargoyle, and would routinely abduct male victims and take them back to the mansion for their employer to drain. Evidently, they were granted prolonged life and youth the same as her. Laszlo and another servant, in gargoyle form, abducted a construction foreman from Skycor Towers, despite the interference of T-Bone and Felina Feral. After returning to Moorkroft Manor and reverting to his normal form, Laszlo turned Felina away when she arrived at the front door to question him, claiming he hadn’t heard anything unusual.

Later, as part of a trap to capture the snooping Felina, Laszlo and Otto took the drained corpse of the foreman to dump it in Megakat Marsh. Felina attempted to follow and arrest them, but the two transformed into gargoyles and captured her. He was present during Katrina’s attempt to drain Commander Feral during an eclipse. When the Swat Kats intervened, he, Otto and a third servant turned into gargoyles and battled them, but Laszlo and the other gargoyle were quickly defeated when Razor dropped a chandelier onto them. After Katrina’s death, he and all of her other minions aged into dust.

Katrina Moorkroft was an ancient, evil succubus who retained her youth and beauty by sucking the lifeforce from male victims.

Over the years she also became incredibly wealthy, explaining her fortune away as inheritance. Katrina moved to Megakat City and using her money to build several parks and libraries, as well as founding the Moorkroft Philharmonic Hall as a center of culture for the city, acts which made her a darling of the money-hungry Mayor Manx, who did everything he could to keep her happy.

She was assisted in her endeavors by three loyal servants, including chauffeur Otto and butler Laszlo, who also benefitted from absorbing the lifeforce of their employer’s victims. They would routinely go out and abduct victims for her, taking them back to her mansion, Moorkroft Manor, where Katrina drained them in her observatory. In this manner, she was responsible for the deaths of six innocent kats. However, draining their lifeforces only temporarily restored her youth, and if she went too long between feedings, she would age drastically into the elderly woman she really was. She needed to absorb the lifeforce of someone who loved her during an eclipse on a centennial event. If she did this, her beauty would last for a hundred years before she needed to kill anyone again.

She found her chosen victim in Commander Feral, who she was introduced to through Mayor Manx. Either by choice or because of Katrina’s malicious charm, Feral fell hopelessly in love with the wealthy Moorkroft “heiress,” and she slowly drained his lifeforce over the course of several days. Suspicious because Katrina’s arrival coincided with the gruesome deaths plaguing Megakat City, Felina Feral and Callie Briggs sought the assistance of Dr. Abby Sinian. Otto followed them, and when he discovered that Sinian knew too much, and that now, so did Feral’s niece and the Deputy Mayor, he released his employer’s pet ferret into the museum, which transformed into a ferocious, three-headed beast. However, its attempt to kill the three was thwarted by the SWAT Kats, who defeated the monster using a Mega-Octopus Missile.

Despite her pet’s failure and Otto’s warnings that her chosen victim’s niece knew too much, Katrina insisted on going ahead with her scheme, assuring Otto that it didn’t matter how much Felina knew because everything would be over the next night. While she and Feral ate dinner in Moorkroft Hall, Katrina set a trap for Felina, who she knew would be spying on them, sending Otto and Laszlo to dispose of the dead body of her latest victim, the Skycor Towers foreman. The two captured her and brought her back to the mansion. When Feral asked Katrina to marry him, unaware of his niece’s predicament, Katrina held off answering and took him to the mansion’s observatory to witness the eclipse. There, she began to drain him, while Otto brought a tied up Felina in to watch. However, Felina managed to use a beeper given to her by T-Bone to call the SWAT Kats for assistance. The vigilantes arrived in their Delta-Bak Paks and battled against Katrina’s pet ferret, which turned into its three-headed monster form, and her servants, who turned into gargoyles. The SWAT Kats, with Felina’s help, defeated them all.

Katrina, transforming into her true, monstrous form, grabbed a by now drastically aged and unconscious Feral and flew away with him. Following in the Turbokat, the SWAT Kats battled her in the air. Using boomerangs fired from the jet, Razor made Katrina drop Feral, whose descent was halted using an Airbag Missile. The eclipse ended, and Katrina, having failed to fully drain her victim, died as she aged into dust.

She was to have been voiced by Nancy Linari.

Otto was one of Katrina Moorkroft’s servants, serving as her chauffeur.

Like all of Katrina’s servants, Otto was capable of transforming into a hideous gargoyle, and would routinely abduct male victims and take them back to the mansion for their employer to drain. Evidently, they were granted prolonged life and youth the same as her. Otto drove Katrina to Enforcer Headquarters to and later the Moorkroft Philharmonic Hall for her date with Commander Feral. After the performance, when Katrina began to rapidly age after having gone too long between feedings, Otto drove her home to Moorkroft Manor, where she drained the life of a Skycor Towers construction foreman captured by Laszlo.

When Feral’s niece Felina and Callie Briggs sought the help of Dr. Abby Sinian, Otto, with his employer’s pet ferret in tow, followed them to the Megakat City Museum of History, posing as part of a tour group. He released the ferret into the museum, where it turned into a three-headed monster and tried to kill the three women. After the beast was defeated by the Swat Kats, Otto retrieved it after it reverted to its normal form, and reported back to Katrina. Later, he and Laszlo were part of a trap set by their employer to capture Felina. Knowing her boyfriend and future victim’s niece would be spying on Moorkroft Manor, she ordered Otto and Laszlo to take the body of the Skycor Towers foreman and dump it in Megakat Marsh, knowing Felina would follow them. When she did, he and Laszlo captured her.

Otto was later present when Katrina attempted to drain Commander Feral during an eclipse. When the Swat Kats intervened, freeing Felina, he, Laszlo and a third servant turned into the gargoyle forms and fought the vigilantes and the Enforcer lieutenant. Razor tied up Otto’s wings with a Bola Missile and knocked him out a hole in the wall, but he recovered. He battled Felina, who defeated him. When Katrina died, Otto, like all of her other servants, aged into dust.

The servant was one of the domestic staff at Moorkroft Manor. Like all of Katrina Moorkroft’s servants, he was capable of transforming into a monstrous gargoyle and would abduct male victims for his employer to drain. In his gargoyle form, he assisted Laszlo in abducting the construction foreman from Skycor Towers.

Later, in his normal form, he waited on Katrina and Commander Feral at dinner the night of the eclipse, serving them fish and milk in goblets, and then went with Otto and Laszlo into the observatory to witness Katrina drain Feral. When the SWAT Kats intervened, he transformed and helped Laszlo in fighting T-Bone, but was defeated when T-Bone dropped a chandelier down on top of their heads. After Katrina was defeated, he turned to dust along with Otto and Laszlo.
